SPIT RENTALS
A-frame metal spits are available for a $75 plus 6.24% tax. They are free standing and are placed over an open fire. A credit card at the time of pick up is required and will be billed if the spit is not returned as scheduled.

WE ROAST A PIG FOR YOU

ROASTED HOG COOKED AND PICKED UP AT OUTLOOK FARM

Price of the pig plus a cooking charge depending on the size of the pig.

-The pig will be picked up whole, wrapped in foil and placed on a board.

-You will need the appropriate vehicle to pick it up.

-If you would like to have the pig carved and panned up, the cost depends on the size of the hog.

ROASTED HOG COOKED ON SITE AT YOUR LOCATION

-We will bring a roasting pig, spit and cord wood to cook on site at your location.

-We will require a place to make an open fire on the ground.

-We will carve the pig and pan it up to put on your serving table.

-A minimum of 65 people is required

Under 100 people - $20pp Over 100 people - $18pp

All meals are subject to 6.25% tax. A 10% deposit at booking is required. A head count is due one week prior.

-We will bring our grill to your location and BBQ a selection of our meats from below.

-Selection is based on your preference and party size.

-There is a minimum of 50 people required.

WE WILL ROAST A HOG OR BBQ A MIXED GRILL AND BRING THE FIX'INS WITH US TO YOUR SITE.
-You choose three sides from below to go with your Roasted Hog or Mixed Grill:
Roasted Potato, Baked Beans, Tossed Salad, Pasta Salad, Cole Slaw, Corn on the Cob, Potato Salad or Cornbread.
Each additional side is $1.00pp

-We will supply Condiments, Utensils, Napkins & Plastic Plates.
CUPS & DRINKS ARE NOT INCLUDED

-We will pan the food for your serving table.

-A minimum of 65 people is required.
